Can China improve a weaker and weaker global economy through the AIIB?

China proposed a strategic concept for creating “One Belt and One Road” which received the interest of the global community. These infrastructure projects in Asia from construction roads and airports to communication antennas and economy class housing, etc. The investment will be huge, which will be financed by AIIB, the market potential will be huge, the profits will be huge for the participating countries. Who will participate in this large potential market? AIIB members have priority. This is why European powers joined China's Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank one after another.
