01
Heavy weight drill pipe
Heavy weight drill pipe has a wall thickness between standard drill pipe and drill collars. Its structure is similar to drill pipe and it is manufactured from premium alloy steel.
- Hardbanding on the tool joints and centre upset.
- Technical parameters meet API Spec 7-1.

02
Square kellys
Time Rolling square kellys are manufactured from AISI 4145H modified alloy bars, quenched and tempered along their full length.
- Manufactured to API Spec 7-1.
- Brinell hardness after heat treatment: 285–341.
- Ends, drive cross-sections and joints are processed and tested to API requirements.

03
Hexagonal kellys
Hexagonal kellys are made from hot-forged AISI 4145H alloy steel to API Spec 7. Full heat treatment uses intermediate-frequency induction equipment or a 20 m horizontal resistance furnace.
- Thread treatments include phosphating, copper plating or cold working.
