Sucker Rod Pumps
Time Rolling sucker rod pumps lift oil through reciprocating plunger motion driven by the surface rod string. The range includes conventional API-standard pumps and special designs configured for well conditions.

Conventional sucker rod pumps
The rod string transfers surface motion to the downhole plunger. Reciprocating action moves oil into the production tubing and lifts it to the surface.
Conventional pumps follow API requirements. Long-plunger pumps, suspension pumps and other arrangements can be supplied to the customer’s specified configuration.

Special sucker rod pumps
Special rod pump designs address wells with sand, gas or high-viscosity oil, as well as inclined, tubingless and other field-specific applications. Pump and component selection is based on the field conditions and customer requirements.
- Closed-loop barrel plating and horizontal deep-hole honing for electroplated barrels up to 9 m long; other rods and tubes up to 10 m.
- Plunger options include stainless steel, electroplated finishes and Ni-P spray-welded surfaces.
- Valve balls and seats are available in stainless steel, ceramic and carbide materials.
