Tubing heads
The straight-bore bowl uses a 45° landing shoulder to help protect sealing areas from drilling tools and prevent wedging of tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs.
Secondary sealing for the last casing string can use an integrated “OO” seal or plastic-injection arrangement. Reducer bushings include “4-O” and “PE” pressure-energized types.
- Upper-flange lockdown screws for packoff re-energization and tubing-hanger retention.
- Lower-flange grease fitting and test port for the secondary seal.

- Line-pipe or flanged, studded outlets.
Casing heads
Casing heads use a mandrel and anchor hanger within the housing. Casing and hanger sizes are selected for the required casing-support arrangement.
Top connections can use API 6B or API 6BX flanges. Side outlets can be configured with line-pipe or specified threaded connections, and simplified pressurization casing heads are also available.
API 6A Christmas trees
Time Rolling Christmas trees are designed and manufactured to API Specification 6A. Conventional or integral structures are available to suit the customer’s required configuration.
Both fixed and adjustable choke valves are available for the tree assembly.
