Bottle unscrambler
The TRBU-120 loads and orients round or square plastic containers for an automatic packaging line. Its enclosed hopper and disc sorter feed upright bottles to the conveyor.

Automatic capping machine
The TRCM-120 applies screw caps to round, rectangular and many irregular containers. Three sets of capping wheels provide adjustable cap tightening, while the floor-level hopper supports continuous cap feeding.

Desiccant sachet filling machine
The TRSF 120 inserts individual desiccant sachets into tablet or capsule containers to help control moisture. A sensor-equipped feed system guides a continuous sachet ribbon to a two-blade cutting mechanism.

Automatic cotton inserter

High-speed bottle labeler

Induction aluminum foil sealer
The TR-2000 uses a high-frequency electromagnetic field to heat the foil liner and bond its sealing film to the bottle mouth. This non-contact process is suitable for PE, PP, PET, PS, ABS and glass containers.
