Quality is not confirmed by appearance alone. From technical requirement review and material verification to dimensional inspection, performance testing and final packing checks, we take practical steps to verify every applicable requirement before shipment.

At Time Rolling, quality control begins before production. We carefully review the pump model, part number, drawings, materials, operating conditions and other technical requirements provided by the customer.

During production and before shipment, appropriate inspections are arranged according to the product type and the confirmed order requirements. Inspection photos, videos and reports can be provided as agreed, allowing customers to understand clearly what has been checked and how the product has been verified.

We believe that careful communication, accurate inspection and responsible follow-up are essential to building long-term trust.

01 — Requirement Review

We review the pump model, part number, drawings, materials, dimensions, operating conditions and inspection requirements before production or supply.

02 — Material Verification

Material certificates, chemical composition, hardness or other material properties can be reviewed or tested when required.

03 — Dimensional Inspection

Critical dimensions, tolerances and connection details are checked against the confirmed drawings, samples or technical specifications.

04 — Visual and Workmanship Inspection

Surface condition, machining quality, coating, identification and general workmanship are carefully checked before release.

05 — Assembly and Functional Check

Where applicable, components are checked for assembly, fit, movement, sealing and functional performance.

06 — Pump Testing

Complete pumps can be tested according to the agreed technical requirements. Depending on the pump type and project scope, testing may include hydrostatic, performance, complete-unit, vibration and noise tests.

07 — Final Inspection and Packing

Before shipment, we check the product quantity, identification, documentation, protective measures and packing condition to help ensure that the goods arrive complete and properly protected.
