The supply scope may include steam turbine blades and vanes, gas turbine blades and vanes, centrifugal air compressor impeller blades, and centrifugal compressor inlet guide vanes (IGVs).
The products are intended for scheduled maintenance, overhaul, refurbishment, and the replacement of worn, damaged, or obsolete components. Each enquiry is reviewed according to the equipment model, part number, approved drawings, installation stage and position, blade or vane profile, root geometry, platform dimensions, tip or shroud configuration, operating speed, operating temperature, gas or steam conditions, material requirements, heat-treatment condition, coating requirements, and surface finish.
Following technical review and approval, the components are manufactured in accordance with the approved geometry, dimensions, tolerances, materials, heat treatment, coatings, and other applicable technical specifications.
