Replacement Pump casings

Time Rolling supplies replacement pump casings for selected single-stage centrifugal pumps, multistage centrifugal pumps, magnetic-drive pumps, and canned-motor pumps. Our casings support scheduled maintenance, pump repair and overhaul, hydraulic performance restoration, and the replacement of worn, damaged, or obsolete components.

Each enquiry is technically reviewed based on the existing pump model, approved drawings, casing configuration, hydraulic passage geometry, suction and discharge sizes and orientations, flange standards, pressure rating, mounting and interface dimensions, wall thickness, corrosion allowance, operating conditions, and material specifications. Following technical confirmation, the casings are manufactured in accordance with the approved drawings, dimensions, tolerances, material grades, and other applicable technical requirements.

  • Where applicable, material test certificates (MTCs), dimensional inspection reports, NDT reports can be provided upon request.
