Time Rolling supplies replacement pump shafts for selected centrifugal, multistage, vertical, and process pump models. Our pump shafts support scheduled maintenance, pump overhaul, performance restoration, and the replacement of worn, damaged, or obsolete components.
Each enquiry is technically reviewed based on the pump model, part number, approved drawings, shaft dimensions, material specifications, surface treatment, and shaft runout requirements. After technical confirmation, the shafts are machined in accordance with the approved dimensions, tolerances, material grades, surface finishes, and other applicable technical requirements.
When a customer contacts us regarding replacement shafts compatible with selected Sulzer, Andritz, Desmi, Ruhrpumpen or Flowserve pump models, our experienced team promptly reviews the technical requirements and recommends a suitable solution.

- Pump shafts can be manufactured according to approved drawings, confirmed dimensional data and material requirements.
- Available materials may include alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, and selected nickel-based alloys. Include SS316(1.4401), SS316L(1.4404), SS316Ti(1.4571), SS321, Duplex 2205(1.4462), Super Duplex 2507(1.4410), 42CrMo4, and other specified alloy grades
- Heat treatment, hard-facing, surface coating, or other treatments can be applied where specified.
- Where applicable, material test certificates (MTCs), dimensional inspection reports, NDT reports, and shaft runout inspection reports can be provided upon request.
- All pump shafts are properly protected against corrosion and securely packed in export-grade packaging for long-distance transportation.
