Time Rolling supplies replacement wear rings for selected single-stage, multistage, horizontal, vertical, magnetic-drive, and canned-motor pump models. Available components may include casing wear rings, impeller wear rings, and interstage wear rings. These components help maintain the required running clearances, reduce wear on major pump components, and restore hydraulic efficiency during pump maintenance and overhaul.
Each enquiry is technically reviewed based on the existing pump model, approved drawings, wear-ring position, inside and outside diameters, width, fits, running clearances, locking method, material combination, hardness requirements, operating speed, fluid properties, and operating temperature. Following technical confirmation, the wear rings are manufactured in accordance with the approved dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, material grades, and other applicable technical requirements.
